Roythornes Gains Investors in People Gold Accreditation

National law firm Roythornes Solicitors has been awarded Gold accreditation from Investors in People for its great workplace culture.

People management firm, Investors in People, assesses how an organisation is performing against its ‘we invest in people’ framework and advises businesses on how to improve workplace culture in areas such as employee engagement, communication, organisational culture and work practices.

The Gold accreditation celebrates businesses that lead, support and develop their people and make work a better place to be.
