Roythornes Appointed to the Housing Associations' Legal Alliance Framework

Top 150 law firm Roythornes Solicitors has successfully secured a place on the Housing Associations’ Legal Alliance solicitors framework.

Roythornes has been awarded a place on the three lots it applied for, namely Housing and Asset Management, Development, and Property. These will be led by partners Bhavesh Amlani, Bukola Obadun-Craigs and Daniel Skinner, whose combined specialisms include social housing, residential property management, housing management and development.

The Housing Associations’ Legal Alliance (HALA) is a consortium of 35 of the UK’s leading housing associations. The framework aims to provide greater value for money to its members.

Bhavesh Amlani, head of real estate at Roythornes, said: “We are proud to be one of the leading property law firms in the UK and being appointed to three lots on the Housing Associations’ Legal Alliance solicitors framework is a real win for us. This accolade means we will be able to offer the members quality advice and an efficient service, enabling us to support them on their strategic plans.”

The leading law firm has seen a string of successful client wins this year, particularly in the real estate sector.

Daniel Skinner, a social housing expert at Roythornes, added: “HALA is at the forefront of innovative procurement practice, and this appointment will allow us to deliver the best value service to its members and I am looking forward to working on future projects with them.”
