As part of our continuous growth and development, we are looking for an experienced planning lawyer to join our growing planning team and enhance the existing services that we offer to our clients. A considerable amount of our existing property work involves aspects of planning:-

  • Acting for developers on large commercial, residential or mixed projects, from inception and strategic planning to development and onward sales

Initially the role will involve dealing with specific stand alone planning matters for clients, such as s106 agreements, and also assisting other fee earners with the planning aspects of more complex matters. There is also scope to be involved with business development initiatives, and the training and development of other fee earners and support staff in planning matters.
