Victoria is an associate in our Family department. She qualified as a solicitor in September 2004 and has over ten years' experience in family law. She specialises in matrimonial matters, including divorce/financial remedy proceedings and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. She also advises clients in cohabitation disputes and Children Act matters. Victoria has specialist experience in dealing with complex cases, including those involving businesses, farms, pensions and family trusts and has represented trustees in financial remedy proceedings.
Victoria trained with Roythornes and has written various articles for the NFU, British Farmer and Grower publications. During her time at the firm, she has also had a six-month secondment with the NFU, advising its members on problems with their IACS forms and livestock claims.
Victoria is a member of Resolution, which is an organisation of 6,500 family lawyers and other professionals in England and Wales, who believe in a constructive, non-confrontational approach to family law matters.
