Jonathan arrived in Peterborough in 1982 after training in London. He was a founding partner of the practice, Adrian Christmas Solicitors, which was formed in 1988. As senior partner, he then merged the practice with Roythornes in 2008.
He has undertaken a wide range of property work largely in the Peterborough and also beyond. In the eighties he was involved in disposals made by the Peterborough Development Corporation, including the whole of Nene Park and also the land that became Eastern Industry. More recently he has acted on the development of Warth Park, Raunds.
Jonathan's experience extends to all types of property work, residential, commercial and agricultural conveyancing and landlord and tenant work. He has an extensive client list that includes farmers, private clients with property portfolios, companies and pension schemes.
He was President of the Peterborough and District Law Society for two years; he plays golf as a member of Hunstanton Golf Club and with the Carlton Club Golf Society. He also plays tennis, bridge and sails.
