George studied law at Nottingham Trent University and joined Roythornes as a Trainee in 2017. He qualified as a solicitor in September 2019 and now works from both of our Spalding and Nottingham offices as part of our well-respected Litigation team.
George deals with a wide array of contentious matters, with a particular focus on property litigation. He has developed an extensive practice acting in disputes concerning rights of way and other easements, covenants, adverse possession, co-ownership, land registration and similar property related matters.
He has also established a broad landlord and tenant practice and acts for both landlords and tenants in residential and commercial tenancy matters as well as acting in telecommunications and agricultural tenancy disputes, and contentious matters relating to nuisance, with a particular focus on drainage and flooding.
George also deals with various other contentious matters relating to TOLATA proceedings, probate, partnerships, GDPR and other general commercial disputes in a property context (including contractual, negligence and misrepresentation claims).
