Charlotte graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2011 and completed her LPC at Nottingham Law School, graduating with a Distinction. After qualifying as a Solicitor at a large national firm in October 2016, she has worked at large national and international law firms before joining Roythornes in October 2021.
Charlotte forms part of our commercial property team and splits her time between our Nottingham and Birmingham offices. Acting in a variety of property transactions, she has experience in general commercial property work and can advise landlords and tenants, vendors and purchasers on property issues, as well as assist developers, landowners and house builders in various aspects of property development work.
Charlotte has significant experience with property taxation matters and is able to combine her real estate and taxation knowledge to provide advice on any taxation issues that may arise in a transaction. These include:

- Corporation Tax
- Capital Gains Tax
- Capital Allowances
