The team that I work with are supportive during the learning process.
When I was applying for training contracts I knew that I wanted to work for a firm that would give me hands-on, practical experience whilst maintaining a good work/life balance.
I found out about Roythornes at a presentation during my second year of study at Nottingham Trent University. They seemed personable and approachable which I liked, I spoke to Phil Cookson who asked me to email my CV to him and it progressed from there.
I am now completing my LPC alongside my training contract with the firm's support, which is brilliant. Members of the team I work with are always ready to help me while I'm learning, and I gain practical experience every day.
