Customer Service Excellence Award


We were first awarded the Customer Service Excellence Award in 2016 and have retained it every year since.  We were the first law firm to be accredited in the Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire area and one of the few Solicitors’ firms to have been successfully audited to the standard.

The assessment is an independent validation of achievement allowing us to demonstrate our competence, identify any key areas for improvement and celebrate success. In our most recent assessment in October 2021 we achieved Compliance Plus, which in the words of our assessors, means we are “amongst the elite and contributes to setting the standard other services providers can strive for.”

By implementing the standard we are ensuring that we continue to apply great levels of service and so encourage recommendations from our clients to others. Word of mouth is the strongest form of marketing and this is something we see on a daily basis, often different generations of families become our clients due to continued high quality work and advice.
