Customer Service Excellence Award
We were awarded the standard in November 2016. We are the first law firm to be accredited in the Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire area. Furthermore Roythornes is one of the few Solicitors’ firms to be awarded for Customer Service Excellence. The assessment is an independent validation of achievement allowing us to demonstrate our competence, identify any key areas for improvement and celebrate success.
By implementing the standard we are ensuring that we continue to apply great levels of service and so encourage recommendations from our clients to others. Word of mouth is the strongest form of marketing and this is something we see on a daily basis, often different generations of families become our clients due to continued high quality work and advice.
