We recruit graduates with at least a 2:1 degree, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. We do not insist you have a law degree, or that you join us straight after university – what we are looking for is your potential to be a real asset to our team.

An interview with two partners to discuss your CV
A short written task
The morning will consist of several realistic examples of work which will require completing under normal working conditions.
After this, you will have a more in-depth interview with four of our partners, including a discussion of your performance during the morning’s exercises.
Please prepare for the interviews as fully as you can. We receive a huge number of applications and try and interview all those who we feel are suitable, so you must try to demonstrate what makes you stand out from the crowd.
At the start of your training contract you will go through the firm’s in-house induction process, followed by a professional skills course at the Nottingham Law School.
