Rob Dempsey concluded his training contract within the Roythornes Accident Department.  Rob has now been qualified for almost 8 years, continuing to work in the Accident Department where he handles a case load of high value Personal Injury Claims relating to Clinical Negligence Claims, Accidents at Work, Public Liability Claims and Road Traffic Accidents.  Rob has a particular interest in representing Claimants who have had serious accidents whilst abroad. 

Notable cases include a high profile claim against the Police, which generated national media interest and was successfully resolved in the Claimant’s favour in the Court of Appeal.  Rob leads a team of several claims handlers.  His dedication to achieving the best possible outcome for his Clients contributed to his appointment as an Associate in 2011.   Rob is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
