Since qualifying with the firm in 2003, Rachel has established her expertise within our Spalding property department with a particular emphasis on agriculture. Rachel acts for members of the farming community in respect of land acquisitions and sales, farm tenancies and land occupation issues, estate management and mortgages and advises clients on a wide range of agricultural issues, including CAP reform. Rachel works closely with Vember Mortlock and Tom Foottit on high value transactions including land development, de-mergers, reorganisations and minerals transactions and enjoys working as part of a team with an excellent reputation for dealing with agricultural matters. Rachel is furthering her reputation particularly within the regional farming community and building a rapport with other industry professionals and is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
