Phil has over 25 years experience at Partner level in most aspects of commercial property, although latterly he has been mainly involved in development land. In particular Phil advises on commercial deals involving land development, acquisition and disposal of investment properties and leases. The majority of his work is related to transactions for major developers of both commercial and residential property, and for housing associations.
