Nicola works in the firms well respected Commercial Property team and specialises in site assembly work. Nicola works primarily for developers and her work includes drafting precedent documentation for use in the sale of freehold and leasehold units, negotiating infrastructure agreements, transferring development sites to management companies and liaising with our clients technical teams, local authorities and the Land Registry to ensure the smooth running of development sale transactions.
