Nadine joined our Private Client department after relocating from South Africa in 2003 and has now become an Associate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives. 

Nadine advises clients in all aspects of Private Client work covering Wills, Inheritance Tax advice, Estate Administration, Court of Protection work including the preparation, use and registration of Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney and making applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of a Deputy.  She also advises on care home fees and asset protection. Nadine supports a number of local charities through her work and in particular has strong links with Age UK in Spalding, Boston and Nottingham and is on the Charity Committee here at Roythornes.

Nadine has established strong working relationships with her legal peers, clients and the financial profession. Nadine is well regarded by both colleagues and clients for her friendly and welcoming approach to her work.
