Partner Mark Fielding is nationally respected for his success in representing service men and women in cases of catastrophic personal injury, usually caused by negligence, breaches of health and safety legislation by the MoD or Clinical negligence.

Mark also represents the families of service men and women who have died whilst on active service at Inquests.  Clients receive a higher than usual level of understanding from Mark he having served with the Territorial Army for 24 years. 

As well as his niche work for members of the service community, Mark handles a varied case load of the more complex Clinical Negligence and PI claims involving amputations, spinal injuries and brain injuries.

Mark is a founder member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and a founder member of the Royal British Legion Solicitors Referral Group (RBLSRG).

He is also the Partner with responsibility for addressing complaints and compliance within Roythornes LLP.
