With a strong background in dispute resolution, she provides commercial, practical and cost-effective advice to clients in complex and high value debt claims, and has dealt with notable international recoveries.

Kate is recognised for her expertise in her field, being invited to lecture to industry groups, credit circles and small business advisory services. Kate is an Associate of the Institute of Credit Management and in 2006 was named as Nottinghamshire Law Societys "Young Solicitor of the Year".
