Graham is widely recognised as one of the leading experts in agricultural law, property tax and inheritance tax issues. He has extensive knowledge and experience in solving the problems faced by farmers and landowners as they seek to reconcile the requirements of UK and EU law. He also has wide experience in aspects of land law and revenue issues especially tenure, capital taxes and all implications of land ownership and occupation, along with advising farmers on their single payments issues with the Rural Payments Agency (RPA). Graham has extensive knowledge of the creation and administration of trusts and private client issues. Graham is a member of the Agricultural Law Association (ALA) and has written a text book on agricultural law and jointly with others on agricultural precedents. He took part in the English Food & Farming Partnership (EFFP) video Share to Grow- Farm Machinery and Joint Ventures and has lectured on various topics this year to farmers and land-owners and other professionals.
