John qualified in 2009 and joined Roythornes in January 2011 after working at a respected firm in Cambridge. He has a case load of general civil litigation matters, working with Peter Bennett with large commercial litigation cases dealing with agricultural and food industry disputes. John also has an employment case load that includes employment tribunal claims for unfair and wrongful dismissal, and TUPE related issues, as well as providing advice in respect of a range of other employment disputes. With experience in both making and defending against tribunal claims, he is able to advise and act for both the employer and the employee.
