Anne joined Adrian Christmas Solicitors in 1988, and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1996, gaining distinctions in land law and conveyancing. Anne has a friendly, down to earth approach whilst maintaining a professional and efficient conveyancing service. She is dedicated to her clients needs and required timescales, and has earned a loyal client base; much of her work coming from returning clients and recommendations. Anne deals in all aspects of residential sale and purchase transactions including leasehold work, shared ownership, remortgages and transfer of equity.
