Since the introduction of Stamp Duty Land Tax Fran has developed an expertise in interpreting the highly complicated tax rules and applying them to commercial property transactions. Fran acts for a number of developers in relation to the acquisition of development sites, and deals with the associated planning and infrastructure agreements.
