Victoria Stevenson is Head of the Personal Injury Team and was made a Partner in 2010.  She runs the Department and this includes responsibility for supervision, quality control and client liaison.   In addition Victoria has a full personal case load of higher value or complex cases including matters involving allegations of clinical negligence and critical injuries.

Victoria has an interest in matters involving Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and has experience dealing with motorcyclists who have suffered significant injuries following road traffic accidents and where the Claimants required extensive rehabilitation and future care.

Victoria has responsibility for the Firm's panel membership on several household insurance provider family legal protection schemes and manages the relationship with other organisations representing Claimants on a Conditional Fee Agreement basis who don't have the benefit of such insurance cover. A Law Society (SRA) Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme Member, she is also a Senior Litigator certified by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
