| Lights, Camera Action! at Law firm 21/01/2011 It was 'lights, camera, action' as city solicitors Roythornes were asked to appear in a training film aimed at Businesses who trade on an international basis.
Roythornes Andrew Shipley, who heads up the Top 200 firm's International sector team was asked to appear in the film by UKTI - the Government body which helps businesses developed their markets overseas. The short film covered the UKTI Passport to Export programme, which assesses a company's readiness to trade internationally, and helps it build the capacity for doing so.
Speaking about the filming, Andrew said:
"We were very pleased to be asked to take part in the film as it demonstrates out expertise in the International sector - something few law firms can say they have. As a firm we aim to help businesses to succeed and international trade is one way in which they can grow. The UKTI programme is a very helpful first step and I would urge any business even considering setting up an international aspect to their business, to contact either ourselves or UKTI to discuss what is involved and see if it is right for them."
The film will shortly be available to view on the UKTI web site at www.ukti.gov.uk |
