Businesses leaders in the region involved in the food industry are be given the opportunity to hear from top industry experts at a series of seminars being organised jointly by city solicitors Roythornes.

The three-seminar series is being presented Roythornes, Smith Cooper Accountants and the Wilson Organisation.

The events will focus on different aspects facing the food sector and bring together like minded individuals. They are being held across the region, to give as many businesses as possible the opportunity to attend.  They start in February and will take place in Stamford, Grantham and Nottingham and focus on the subjects of competition, employment law and planning and facilities.

Speaking about the series, Peter Bennett, head of Roythornes Food sector team said:

"All three firms have strong reputations in the food industry and by bringing together our clients and contacts we hope to be able to help them meet the challenges they face.  It is a very competitive sector which employs thousands of people and as a major contributor to the regional economy we need to ensure it continues to thrive."

"The seminars cover a wide range of disciplines from how to handle your employees in the light of new regulations to the practical aspects of extending factory premises.  There will be something for everyone, and we hope business in the region will take advantage of them."
